To heal and be healed is to be aware, to understand, and to Know Wholeness. Thus, seek Wholeness, Unity, Oneness within your own mind and heart, and in all your actions and affairs. Focus on uniting the fragments within yourself, so that you see only Oneness, which is the Truth of your Self. As you Know yourself as the Oneness you are, this Truth reflects in the world around you, confirming what you Know through your experience and life activity.
Today’s Guiding Thought hearkens back to what I wrote two days ago, and the Louise Hay quote, “In the infinity of Life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete.”
Life is whole and perfect. I am in Life, I am Life. I am whole and perfect.
Thus, to heal and be healed is to Know my own Wholeness, my Unity with All, my Oneness with Life.
Knowing is not automatic though. It is not a given. Even though Oneness is the Truth of Life, my Knowing that Truth, or my Oneness with Life, isn’t necessary; I can live my entire life without Knowing this truth.
Of course, my plan is to Know, not remain in ignorance; why else would I do these Journeys?
Why is Knowing not a given? Mainly, the answer is because we live in a physical reality where it is easy to see/perceive so much difference. In this world, this is not that; apples are not bananas. How can you say there is unity and oneness, when I can obviously see an apple is not a banana!? This is what our physical brains do: they differentiate, distinguish, discern, and then repeat the process in more and more detail, until we find separation down to protons and electrons.
But our Greater Minds can perceive things that our little brains cannot. Our Greater Minds can perceive energy, vibration, and even consciousness. This is the place we experience Oneness; it is where distinction drops away. It is here where there is no need for finer and finer discernment of detail.
Seeing through the Greater Mind requires a shift out of physical sense perception. It requires some learning, but only because we have been taught so well to perceive through our physical senses. We need to train our minds into being Greater.

I like being aware of my body and staying conscious while I meditate. But out-of-body experiences, astral travel, lucid dreaming, and such things are also ways to learn to open the mind to the Greater Mind.
There is so much out there to explore, so many amazing tools that show people how to get beyond the limitations of the mind. I do not claim to have any big answers, but I love the exploration, and I love investigating “all” we are capable of. And I know we are capable of so much!
