Remembrance of my name, Om Namah Shivaya, unites my awareness instantly with the light of All. Om Namah Shivaya!

The light of Om Namah Shivaya streams forth from my mind, heart, and body to All, and from All to my mind, heart, and body. Om Namah Shivaya!

My mind, heart, and body awaken to the divine light and love of Om Namah Shivaya. Desiring only to share the glory of Om Namah Shivaya, my heart sings only Om Namah Shivaya! Om Namah Shivaya!

When I feel the constraints of physical life– tension, disturbances, tightness, frailty– I sing, “Om Namah Shivaya!” surrendering to Divine Light and Love, opening my consciousness, accepting healing, receiving Divine Peace. Om Namah Shivaya!

With every breath, I breathe Om Namah Shivaya!, drawing in Divine Love and Light. With every thought, I think, “Om Namah Shivaya!” expanding my awareness of Infinite Love. Waves of gentle assurance wash over and through me. Om Namah Shivaya!

I absorb the infinite Divine Love and Light of Om Namah Shivaya to super-saturation! It fills me, overflows, pouring out from my physical presence, available for All to share! Om Namah Shivaya!

I know only Divine Love and Light in the world around me! I know only Divine Love and Light in my body’s molecules, cells, and DNA! I know only Divine Love and Light as my interactions with All. Om Namah Shivaya!

My thoughts float on Divine light. My emotions transform in Divine Love. My body regenerates itself in its Source, Om Namah Shivaya. Om Namah Shivaya!

Crystal clear and pure with Divine Love and Light, I present to All my Source: Om Namah Shivaya! Om Namah Shivaya!

Fluid and light, I am drawn upward. Material reality brightens, glows, and hums joyfully with my expansion, for I am in Life! Om Namah Shivaya!

Surrounded by Divine Love and Light, sharing in the Infinite All, I know myself as Om Namah Shivaya. Om Namah Shivaya!
