All hearts know how to love. Everything is energy. The most potent energy is love. As we learn love, we invite the most powerful energy to express through us, to live as us, to be us! The heart is Love’s abode. The heart teaches only love. We are willing and joyful students!

The simplicity of the picture belies the depth and complexity of feeling that was going on “behind the scenes” while creating it.

First, I was totally into listening to the Guiding Thought. Sometimes it plays in the background and I don’t pay too much attention, I just let it soak in. Sometimes I am listening very intently to the words, willing myself to absorb them deeper and deeper.

Sometimes it’s somewhere between these two points of the spectrum.

Today was different than that usual spectrum. Today, I was listening to the music not the words. It has some energy, I thought. I let it carry me.

It was movement, it was relationships, it was contrasting matter and void. Those things are the “complexity” underneath the simple rectangles, trapezoids, and rhombuses.
