Guiding Thought
Your own Loving Presence is your Self. Turn your attention inward and become aware of your own Loving Presence. With focused awareness, your own Loving Presence fills you, grows brighter, and grows warmer. Claim your Self with these words:
I AM My Own Loving Presence. My loving Presence is the Self of myself. I love my Self!
You want to give your Self everything it desires–and your Self wants the same for you in return. What do you desire, but total Peace, Freedom, Love, and Harmony? These are the infinite and eternal qualities of your Self! Be now aware of the inner activity of your own Loving Presence and invite it to express itself through you and externalize in your life as circumstances, people, forms, and events that fulfill all your desires.

Do this now: Turn your attention inward and become aware of your own Loving Presence.
Seriously. Just close your eyes. Find awareness within. That’s it. Just one second, or one milli-second is enough. Your Self is waiting for you. Connect now. Can you feel it?
The reason I say this is because I read through the Guiding Thought at least 4 times before I realized it was directing me to turn within (even with the beautiful graphic). This is how the distracted mind (doesn’t) work. The words blur by, the mind is “reading” them, but engaged elsewhere.
Once disengaged from the external, the mind is free to perceive beyond the senses, into the infinite. That’s where the Self lives. Even one milli-second will give you a sliver of the infinite, and a sliver of the infinite is infinite. There’s no going back, no reduction, only forward to expansion.
Through your Self you are connected with those circumstances, people, forms, and events. But those (external) things don’t matter. What matters is your Self, and your inner connection to It. For without your consciousness of your Self, circumstances, people, forms, and events blur by, the mind “reading” them, but engaged elsewhere.
