Guiding Thought
Your Inner Divine Mind is always expressing itself in all ways through your own Loving Presence. This is its True Nature, thus this is your True Nature. Turn to your Inner Divine Mind as the Source of your happiness, your purpose, and your fulfillment. Allow it to flow through your own Loving Presence and appear as all your activity, as every visible form and experience you desire.

There are always things I’m trying to figure out that are prompted by the Guiding Thought, but are beneath the surface and not exactly things that I experience, so I don’t really write about them.
For example, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about stepping into my Self. As it relates to the Guiding Thought, it goes something like this: If my true nature is to have Divine Mind express through me, through my Loving Presence…why isn’t it just happening all the time? Why don’t I feel it? Why doesn’t it seem to work? Why aren’t I just there, in it?
First of all, I am sure you can hear the impatience and exasperation in my “voice” there, right? It’s not quite whiney, but it’s close.
And that is the first answer to the questions: Stop being an impatient whiney-ass, and maybe you’ll feel and experience exactly what you want to.
On a deeper (and more serious) level, I really want to understand what it takes to simply step into my Higher Self. To be the light all. the. time.
Lately, I’ve been “seeing” that it could be simple and easy. Literally just stepping into it, like you step over a threshold from the inside to the outside. I can feel it. It’s a simple shift, and you’re there. Everything can change in the twinkling of an eye.
As I think through this, feeling the possibility of it, of course I think, “then why don’t you do it?” And my answers are weak, but they are still answers: I’m not ready. What would it mean if I did that? Who would I be if I did that?
When I hear that there are “answers”, I understand why I haven’t just done it. The questions are in the way. I have to eliminate the questions, which will eliminate the answers. When it’s time, there will only be the action, the activity–no thought, no consideration, no question. Just being.
In the meantime, it’s important to just be in the becoming, and to do my best to recognize Divine Activity in my life and affairs as much as I can. Because It’s everywhere.
