Guiding Thought

Divine Love is infinite. Therefore, my source and supply are infinite. As I increase my consciousness of my Inner Divine-Love Presence as my Source and my Supply, money, wealth, and prosperity increase in my life experience—and I use that money, wealth, and prosperity to fully express my Inner Divine-Love Presence.

Reflection

That last sentence is a bugger, isn’t it?

Let’s break this down, shall we?

The first sentence is pretty straightforward. Divine Love is infinite. Any questions or concerns? No? ok, moving on.

The second sentence is also pretty straightforward. Therefore, my source and supply are infinite. In other words, Divine Love is my source and supply; since Divine Love is infinite, my source and supply are infinite.

Here’s where it gets sticky, so let’s do this slowly.

As I increase my consciousness: I am increasing my consciousness right now by feeding my mind with expansive ideas that stretch my limited and limiting beliefs. Ideas that take the mind further increase consciousness. Ideas like infinity or eternity or Love expand the mind.

…of my Inner Divine-Love Presence: This is the specific idea that is expanding the mind currently. This small phrase makes the presumption that I have an Inner Divine-Love Presence. So, what is going on in my brain right now, is either a) rejection of this idea b) acceptance of this idea c) a little bit of both. Most people will have c) a little bit of both, in varying degrees. For myself, I often accept an expansive idea as much as I can consciously (in this context this means with the part of my brain that is aware of my own thoughts). However, often subconsciously, or deep down in my mind where I don’t have as much conscious access, there is some rejection. If I had 100% agreement on all levels, I would be enlightened! Bringing those deeper rejections to the surface, where they can be transmuted, is the point of the contemplation and writing.

…as my Source and my Supply: This is another expansive idea. First I need to accept that I have an  Inner Divine-Love Presence. Then I need to accept that It is my Source and my Supply. For many people, one reason this is hard to accept is that they are so used to thinking that a job is their source and money is their supply. With spiritual principles of abundance, though, the invisible becomes visible–the spirit becomes material; thus the focus must be on the spiritual, the invisible, before it comes into material reality.

Now, we need to put these two expansive ideas together before we continue. As I increase my consciousness of my Inner Divine-Love Presence as my Source and my Supply: Together, they are basically confirming the spiritual principle of focusing on the invisible (Inner Divine-Love Presence), and then linking that with Source and Supply, which is our third expansive concept. The Presence within each of us, which is infinite, is  our source and supply. This is why when we increase our consciousness with this idea…

…money, wealth, and prosperity increase in my life experience. What do we have control over? Our minds. We are the only ones who can expand our own mind and increase our consciousness. The more inner-expansion we do, the more we see the results in material reality, as an increase in material things such as money and wealth.

The last line ensures the continuous flow; …and I use that money, wealth, and prosperity to fully express my Inner Divine-Love Presence. Why does this ensure a continuous flow? If my Inner Divine-Love Presence is the source, and I contribute what I receive back to that source, I am increasing the source, so that it can provide more to me. 

There it is. Simplified.
