Guiding Thought
Increasing my thoughts of Love and my attitude of service dispels all fear of lack and limitation. As I serve more people with Love, money and wealth flow abundantly to me. I use money and wealth with love and wisdom to create a life I love through my highest vision.
Reflection
Yesterday, as sub-text, I wrote this: “I feel some sense of despair and hopelessness, and want to just stop doing this…what’s the point?”
Today too, I feel as sense of despair and hopelessness.
I know, though, that despair and hopelessness are symptoms of lack of love.
Love is life-affirming, creative, constructive. Thoughts of despair and hopelessness are not; they are not life-affirming, not creative or constructive.
Love is always the answer. I know this. Why is it so hard to do sometimes then?
Giving up is never the answer. I know this, too.
Besides, giving up is not in my nature. When the going gets tough, it’s time to do more, go deeper, go further. That’s the only way to tell despair and hopelessness they are not going to win, that my will for Love and life affirmation is greater than any self-sabotage, any self-destructive thoughts.
I watch my emotions as best I can without attachment. I watch life as best I can without attachment. Everything external changes. It drifts by like clouds. Sometimes the clouds are vapid wisps, easy to watch them floating by; sometimes the clouds are thunderheads that bring drama and instill a sense of foreboding. But in the end, they’re all just clouds, and I’m just observing.
I need to remain in that still, quiet place and rely on the strength within, no matter what the weather brings, no matter what drama seems to be drifting through life.
