Guiding Thought
May those who seek, help others find;
May those who sorrow, be compassionate;
May those who are lost, light a path for another;
May those who question or doubt, give guidance;
May those who worry, lift the burden of another;
May those who hide, see their own light in the eyes of a stranger;
May we all give peace, no matter what.
Sharing
You may ask:
How can I help other find, if I am looking?
How can I be compassionate, when I have such pain?
How can I light a path for another if I am lost?
How can I speak wisely, or give an answer or confidence, when I, too, question and doubt?
How can I lift the burden of another, when my own burdens are so heavy?
How can I see my own light, when I work so hard at hiding?
How can I give peace in this time of such chaos and unrest?
The answer to these questions is the same for all of them, and if you are following along, it was answered on Day 6:
“You” (your lower, personality self), can try to limit your Self. And it can succeed in your experience of It, but not in the reality of It.
In the Reality of your Self, there is no looking, there is no pain, there is no “lost”, there is no doubt; there are no burdens, there is only Light. All is Peace.
The Truth is: All of reality is yours, and is You.
The only reality that exists in Reality is Love…a pure, blissful consciousness of the Truth of the Reality of Love. Everything else is your lower mind, playing tricks on you, the so-called reality that your lower self has developed and constructed as its own kingdom that it rules.
The way you prove the reality of your Self is by giving and sharing it. You cannot give something you do not have. You have everything in Reality. You can give everything in reality without sacrifice to either your self or your Self.
So,
Whenever you feel like you lack something,
Whenever you feel something that you identify as “pain”,
Whenever you feel lost,
Whenever you question or doubt,
Whenever you feel the weight of any burden,
Whenever you want to shrink and hide,
Whenever discord disrupts your peace…
Remember. You are the Truth of your Self. The way you prove the reality of your Self is by giving and sharing it. You cannot give something you do not have. You have everything in Reality…This is because you are sharing what is Real, what is Constructive, what is created in Love, with Love, by Love, for Love.
