Your joy unifies! Accepting your joy, acknowledging it, sharing it, and expressing it heals you and heals others. To be wholly joyful means to be wholly Love…means to be wholly your Self.

What does it mean to heal in this context?

It’s more than a physical healing, like healing a scrape, or broken bone. It’s more than healing from a virus or a bacterial infection. It’s more than psychological healing; it’s more than emotional healing. These types of healing address a body, a mind, or emotions–just one facet of a human being. These things are what most people are talking about when they talk about “healing”.

In the context of the Guiding Thought, it’s really unification that heals. If joy unifies, then by accepting your joy (acknowledging it and sharing it), you are sharing its quality of unification. And remember, when you give something not only are you confirming to yourself that you have it in the first place, but you are expanding and intensifying it. So, as you give joy to others, you simultaneously make it stronger within yourself, and spark another’s joy within them.

This type of healing does not address a body, a mind, or emotions each independently, but rather addresses anything that is perceived as separate or fragmented, regardless of where it resides in a person’s being.

The Truth of your Being…is Love. Being Love is being Wholly ourselves. This is our “healed” state–our natural state of being the Love we are. Anything else is “illness”.

“Healing” in the context of the Guiding Thought simply means to be the Self you are, the Love you are. Love makes us whole because Love is wholeness, and is what we are.

This wholeness is the healed state, in which everyone understands and Knows their Self in Love, which is the same Love as everyone else. No one is “other. No one is “separate”. No one is “less than”. We are all that beautiful, all-pervading, all-encompassing, infinite Love.

What’s not to be Joyful? If you were there, wouldn’t you want everyone to Know themselves as that Love, to join you in that joy?
