Who do you know with health symptoms that they don’t understand? Who do you know who has a high-level of health, but is looking to fine-tune and improve even more? Who do you know who is not really very health- conscious, but would like to improve their health without a lot of time or thought? I’ve begun offering a Health-Self-Evaluation service, which assesses 24 of the body’s organs and systems based on responses you provide. Take a look at this introduction to the service. (It’s a short booklet, PDF) The assessment provides insight into what’s going on in your body, as the systems and organs inter-relate, and I provide suggestions for addressing those systems based on a nourish, balance, and cleanse approach.
