Breathing into this thought initially revealed resistance. That may be too mild of a description…my small self was launching a revolt!
I even saw the armies strategically organizing. There was my “falls short” group, my “not enough”, my “try harder”.

What was interesting was that my body didn’t join in with a classic punch in the stomach response. Another breath and I relaxed a bit more, just an observer.

The scramble for oxygen in a fear-induced state can be your ticket for a deeper plunge; yet today my breath filled me.

The heaviness of my True Self companionship was felt–I was not alone on this expedition! It was a fascinating scene I was seeing because the “real” fear I have experienced before was revealing itself in all its blatancy, yet it had absolutely no effect on me. I received its pageantry as just that–drama. Almost like on television where what originally appears when it is turned on probably isn’t the show you intended to watch!

Instead of immediately changing though I explored it with curiosity. This was a creation, my creation of pain. Compassion filled my heart! From the inner horizon a beautiful feminine being was appearing. Her radiant light was breathtaking! Her movement was steady and deliberate as the sun’s as it rises, illuminating the ground as it goes. As she and her light came closer anything in the path just seemed to absorb into it! Not with screams of destruction but with a joyful sound. I continued to breathe and observe, completely fascinated! My Perfect Love had taken form for me in this moment. It moved with beautiful grace and a power that was awe inspiring! She is my vision and is my essence. She didn’t go to war on the level of the fear, she appeared in all her glory, and her presence evaporated any hint of other! The light behind my eyes was so brilliant! At this point it seemed to infuse my cells with its message of Love. In me, through me, as me! Perfect Love revealed itself to me today! It also cleared my field of remnants of past pain ghosts. Imbued with her grace I step into this day with a visceral experience to support my creation. I am grateful to have this image to emulate! My Self created from the Source of Perfect Love is my Truth.
