Guiding Thought

Everything is energy. Everything is energy connecting everything! A shift in energy in one place shifts energy other places. I lift my energy to the vibration of love and light, to God, to all that is Divine. I am responsible for my energy and I choose to free it by releasing the Divine Love within me.

Reflection / Contemplation

I love doing these Journeys. The more I do them, the more sense they make in my world, in my relationships, in my life.

Today, that making sense came in the first two sentences. This is what I have been feeling about everything in my life recently! I am connected to everything. I can shift my energy and things change (“miraculously”).

Think about something you want to happen, or a quality you want more of (like serenity or patience). See it “out there”, then imagine the energetic path that connects you to it. What does that path look like? Knotted? Convoluted? Or straight and bold?

Ultimately, the current path of energy connection doesn’t matter. Just acknowledge you are connected.

But now you can play!

Shift your energy and then observe what happens when you imagine the thing-quality-situation again.

Does the energy path become more clear or less so?
Does it become bolder and brighter, or less so?
Does the “thing” move closer or further away?

Shift your energy. Observe.

You affect the things-qualities-situations in your life.

Use this shift-observation method to work on bringing more of what you want closer to you and ultimately into your experience.

It’s your energy. Be aware! Use it.
