Guiding Thought

Through my physical body, I bring Divine Light and Love to the physical universe. I heal unresolved issues through loving thoughts, words, and emotions, and I become lighter and brighter. I bring light to all I have denied and heal my past-present-future NOW. Every day I am lighter and lighter!

Reflection / Contemplation

It’s no longer enough to meditate on Light, to visualize Light, to strive toward the Light.

No. It’s no longer enough.

We must be the Light.

We must bring the Light into our physical form, as living substance, and become that living substance of Light.

Asato ma Sat gamaya: Lead me from Untruth (darkness) to Truth (Light).

Yet…

The distance between untruth and Truth is exactly none: there is no distance. Truth is here. Truth is now. We are Truth. We are Light.

Say it with me. “I am Truth”. “I am Light”. In this moment you are. You see? There is no distance. You are here. You are Truth. You are Light.

Be it. Say it frequently. This is who you are. I am Truth. I am Light.

As long as you know this, you no longer need to be lead, nor to seek, nor to find. You have arrived; you have found.

It is when you forget that there is distance that must be crossed. It is when you forget, that you need to seek, that you need to be lead. It is when you forget that you need to remember.

Know the Truth of your Being: you are Truth. You are Light.
