Guiding Thought

Trusting Life allows the flow of Divine energy to come in and through me to bless All. I step gracefully into expansive, unlimited, harmonious, Divine being. I praise and thank Life for supporting me, and I relax in its process.

Reflection / Contemplation

Oh it’s those first two words, “Trusting Life”!

Everything about the Guiding Thought is contingent on those two words. And everything about the Guiding Thought is true, and correct for me when I can say, “YES. I trust Life”.

I know this because over the past 8 months, I have had many, many opportunities to trust Life, to “go with the flow”, to surrender to the situation at hand and trust that “everything will work out”.

I have not merely given trusting Life lip service: trying to trust, hoping/wishing/praying with a superficial “please, please, please let it work out“. I have been truly placing my faith in Life, and in God.

Here are some phrases that I have used as affirmations, to keep my mind focused on trusting Life, and knowing things will work out:

• I am Harmony.
• I am the infinite, unconquerable presence; I am the open door for Its Divine Presence and intelligence to govern my outer-world in wondrous perfection.
• I am my I AM Presence. I Know what I am doing, and I am the Presence doing it.

Please feel free to use these: I can tell you from experience that these phrases help you help yourself make everything right (divinely perfect!). During the past 8 months, I have been fried and frazzled, and uncertain, and at the edge. And every time, everything has worked out perfectly.

But I had to trust deeply, truly.

And now, yes, there are still things going on, but not nearly as intensely as the past 8 months.

But more importantly, the practice that I have had trusting during the past 8 months laid the foundation for me to be at the point where I Know the Truth of the rest of the Guiding Thought…

• Divine energy does come in and through me to bless All! I am doing this regularly now. Not enough, yet (maybe I should re-read yesterday’s post??), but the momentum is building.
• I step gracefully into expansive, unlimited, harmonious, Divine being. This is happening. Still: slowly, it’s a trickle, but I can feel it and see it, as my life begins anew, trusting Life, co-creating with Divine Being.
• I praise and thank Life for supporting me, and I relax in its process. Oh yes, yes, I do. Still: I cannot confirm that I am totally relaxing in the process (I still have some “worry/doubt”–but these seem small, comparatively); I cannot confirm that I am 100% trusting Life to support me (and this realization–which just now happened– gives me something to work on), but I am most certainly trusting Life to support me more than I ever have before, and I am able to genuinely praise and thank Life.
