Guiding Thought

Divine energy nourishes us, heals us, and brings God into our minds and bodies. Enlightenment moves us, awakens our Soul, and firmly grounds us in all we do. Our energy creates our life experiences; our being is only Love and Light.

Reflection / Contemplation

I refuse to be subdued by mind-numbing, emotionally draining activities and people. I choose knowledge, and curiosity, and engagement with Life. I think my own thoughts. I utilize the mind I was given to make wise choices, so that the life I live may be filled with love and service.

If I should feel sad, or defeated, grief or  sorrow, pain or disappointment,  I find the music in my heart, and orchestrate it into a melody which laughs, and laughter knows no pain.

I choose to find joy everywhere; grief cannot dissuade me. I am SatChitAnanda–Truth, Existence, and Joyful Bliss. I exist in truth as joyful bliss.

“Getting” and “having” can be pleasurable experiences—but they are not my sine qua non, nor are they that toward which I strive. I have outwitted the desire to get or to have by seeking to get and have only SatChitAnanda , the Truth of me. All that I then possess fulfills All of me, and is not mere whim or fancy.

Tears are for me when I feel deepest gratitude or am cleansing or releasing lower emotions, but I like laughter better, and it, too, moves me into higher states of being.

I cultivate beautiful friendships with the spirit of kindness. All the world may be my friend, merely open your heart.

If so-called failure threatens, I adapt the lessons into my own philosophy of success and use that in greater service to others. Through my lessons, may others learn the joy and laughter of the truth of their being.
