Guiding Thought
Of yourself you are nothing, yet in union with your Inner Divine Mind, through your own Loving Presence, you are everything and have everything. As you infuse your consciousness with Knowledge of your Inner Divine Mind, your activity expresses this Union and you experience life. Breathe in this life. Smile with Joy and Gratitude, and affirm: I LIVE.

Reflections
Steve (Meet Steve here.)
“I strive to make myself zero”. Mahatma Gandhi refers to this as a place of selfless love, where our thoughts, words and deeds are motivated by the wellbeing of others, and not for our own gratifications. I interpret this as a lack of ego. My ego self is nothing. My ego self gets in the way of my awareness of my Inner Divine Mind. All I have to do is get out of my own way, look inward, and breathe. Let go of my ego. Let go of my limited self.
As I focus on others it draws my awareness inwards to my Inner Divine Mind, my inner guidance system. It is through this union that I experience life, and my interconnectedness with all living beings. It is with Joy and Gratitude that I can smile and experience this connection with All Life. I LOVE, I LIVE.
Smile a Mile.

Susan
I feel like I have gotten more out of Steve’s reflection/Journey today than I got from my own Journey. What he describes is a concept that I, too, have worked with, using the words, “I am nothing”. His interpretation and description have given me a piece/peace that I did not have previously. I love hearing my Self through someone else (thank you “Steve” 🙂 )
As for my contemplation, I understood that ALL of Life is LIFE. Of course, I’ve had this thought before. But, like hearing Steve “as me”; I got a new piece/peace. It’s Hericlitus’ river; I am always changing; my experience is always changing; nothing is ever the same. Today, the piece that I got was, “even the ugly” is a beautiful part of LIFE.
Thank you LIFE.

Public Service Message:
South Korea contained COVID-19 through individuals taking the responsibility to do just two things:
- Implement Social Distancing: Stay away from others (in public, especially) by 4-6 feet; covering the mouth when coughing/sneezing (this means get out your handkerchiefs!).
- Maintain high personal hygiene. Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.
The United States has not yet, collectively, had a unified response to this World Health Organization-defined pandemic. The United States is still in the growth stage of the virus, with no containment plan. Individually, we must be aware, and take responsible steps.
The two above steps are simple, easy, and do not infringe upon our individual freedoms or rights. The two above steps simply show we recognize others, and are considerate of them and their well-being. We will soon see that our individual actions really do affect others and “the whole”. We are each responsible for each other. If everyone in the US implements the two above steps, the United States will see the virus contained without a government response.
