Guiding Thought
You are. You are Love. You are kindness. You are filled full. You have all you seek, for all you seek is within you. Now you can be who you know you are. Share you Self with all and hold nothing back. Give All Love. The Fullness of your Self returns to you as every form, person, situation, circumstance, and event that renews your fullness. Do not worry or think about what may be…you Self Knows and orders your life for your perfect fulfillment. All you need do is remember your Self… and smile, and breathe, and live.

You are – Rebuttal:
The Buddha is known to have said you cannot think your way to enlightenment.
Ergo:
I think, therefore I am Not.
I think….
I just had to add that into the mix, ha ha.
You are: Love, Fulfillment, Kindness
Given that you are, (which also means I am), you are Love and Kindness. Your basic nature is original goodness. This means that you are by nature filled with Love, Kindness and Compassion. This is your true nature. As His Holiness the Dalai Lama says “there is no need for complicated philosophy” … “the philosophy is kindness”.
One of the attributes of Love and Kindness is that the more you give, the more you have. You cannot run out. The Fullness of your self is your self-fulfilling nature; the water can never run dry. That is your Divine Nature. Rejoice!

If you are curious here’s my writing from The very first Journey of Purpose, six years ago Day 18.
South Korea contained COVID-19 through individuals taking the responsibility to do just two things:
- Implement Social Distancing: Stay away from others (in public, especially) by 4-6 feet; covering the mouth when coughing/sneezing (this means get out your handkerchiefs!).
- Maintain high personal hygiene. Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.
The United States has not yet, collectively, had a unified response to this World Health Organization-defined pandemic. The United States is still in the growth stage of the virus, with no containment plan. Individually, we must be aware, and take responsible steps.
The two above steps are simple, easy, and do not infringe upon our individual freedoms or rights. The two above steps simply show we recognize others, and are considerate of them and their well-being. We will soon see that our individual actions really do affect others and “the whole”. We are each responsible for each other. If everyone in the US implements the two above steps, the United States will see the virus contained without a government response.
