We erase all we think we know of our Inner Divine Mind. We are changing. We are changed. All is new. With a blank slate of pure luminescence, we simply wait, feeling our inner glow. Transformation! We want this. We invite this. We welcome this!
We allow ourselves to change, to become more attuned to our Self, more aligned with our Self, and more congruent with our Highest Purpose. As we wait and watch, our Highest Purpose appears as our activities, as people and circumstances. We breathe; we smile, and we live.

Steve (Meet Steve here.)
Today I started a painting that’s been floating around in my thoughts for a while. I was inspired by a book called “Painting from the Source” by Aviva Gold. It is indeed about reconnecting with our Source, our Inner Divine Mind, and encouraging us to transform our attitude towards creative endeavors. It is about allowing ourselves to change, to recognize that we are not born with our inner critic.
The process begins of course with a blank sheet of paper. Be with our emotions, and watching what comes up. For example, the inner critic that says painting is not a productive use of our time. That we can’t paint, that we’re no good at it. We can notice those thoughts, and say “no thanks” to the critic, and let them go. And breathe. Breathe, and let our Higher Purpose express itself through our painting.
The painting process, the letting go can be a metaphor of how we live our lives. We smile, we breathe, we live and paint!
Quotes from Jean Haines – “Paint Yourself Calm”
“There is far more to be gained from painting than the end result of color on paper.”
“The process of painting in a certain way with the sole intent of using color to calm ourselves can be a powerful discovery.”
“Art isn’t an exclusive club for those who are gifted or know what they are doing.”
“Life is like a white sheet of paper waiting to be painted.”
I started with flowers…
then I decided they were butterflies.
This is kind of in sync with what I’ve been feeling…yesterday, the flowers were dancing.

Public Service Message regarding CoVid 19:
How to triage your symptoms. Please use the flow chart below to determine whether or not you should go to the hospital.
Remember: One of the big concerns right now is the potential for overwhelming hospitals and emergency personnel. There is no treatment for mild cases. Severe cases require hospitalization, with respirators. You can determine for yourself what your symptoms are, and reduce the potential overwhelm in hospitals and at doctors’ offices. Please share; in working together, we can help the people with most severe cases get the necessary treatment.
