The basic structure of the cleanse is to consume only raw (organic, if possible) fruits and vegetables, with low fat and salt intake, and stay hydrated with water, teas and coconut water. Optional supplements and suggested foods can be found for each/any of the symptoms/illnesses in the second part of the book.
So, for four weeks, I am focusing on eating/drinking only raw fruits and veggies. I started (with 4 friends) on July 5, 2016. I am keeping a journal of how it goes, which you can find under this tab.
