Guiding Thought

There are no degrees of Love. Love is Whole, Full, and Perfect. Love in action is Creation; Love’s creations are Whole, Full, and Perfect. When I express Love, I am being creative in its Truest sense. Creativity is Love in action, and produces activities, relationships, and experiences which are Whole, Full, and Perfect.

Reflection / Contemplation

Love is my natural state of Truth. I previously created a lot of my life and relationships outside of my conscious alignment with my Love nature.

Love, being All there is, is never out of alignment with me. My free will enables my ability to create my relationships from whatever I am focused on and in vibrational frequency with.

The conscious awareness that Love is me, I am Love, attracts people, inspires actions and creates relationships built on the Love and Wholeness, I AM. Moving in my life from this foundation of Wholeness, Love is Created in every breath and in each step. The Power of Love is in us All. The super human opportunity is to yield to that, open wide to that Fullness and Be the Love. We are Creators!

Co-creating with Love! It is available 24/7, no limits or exceptions. We have the ability to adjust the flow we swim in. Doubt and fear contract the flow, trust and believing open it up. Being willing to be the conduit of Love means I am willing to address the small self and its insecurities.

I can lovingly be the Knower to this aspect. “I Love You”, I say to her as many times as needed to ease and end the static of contrast.

There is only Love.

Any ‘other’ is simply an illusion needing to be loved back to clarity. There are no degrees of Love. It is the foundation of All Life, and All of Creation. My Journey has supported revealing the Love that has been beneath the unforgiving aspects that I have claimed as me. It has supported the dismantling of measuring structures I created to qualify for Love, which needs no qualifications.

Being Whole, Full and Perfect, Love Is Me and All others. It is Us. My calling is to Know this, to hold this as the Truth that it Is. I, as Love, will be here, Loving. Without intrusion or a mission to change or enlighten any other. The beacon of my Love Lighthouse is mine to tend. I am of the Light in Creation with Love, in its Truest sense.

In the Light of Truth, perceptions and non-reality dissipate as fog in the sun. Only Truth is True. When I am aware of my reality in Truth, I understand how flimsy and meaningless are my perceptions. Only the Oneness of the Knowledge of Truth brings Peace.

Reflection / Contemplation

The Light of Truth has dawned within me like the suns first warming rays. I am the morning, a new day is being born. My fresh reality grows in strength and wisdom. Light illuminates each step of my path. This Light has been fully revealed as Truth. I am from the Origins of Light. The Christ in me is in touch with that Knowledge. The Child In me has proceeded with such devotion to unveil what was kept always an accomplishment ahead. Being willing to Be was all that was required to dissipate the fog. Peace is my heart beating with the Oneness of existence. Throughout all time, space and dimensions only Truth is True.

Within me shows the Light, I AM.

Within me glows the Light, I AM. Within me Knows the Light, I AM.

What do I value? How much do I value it? When I clarify these questions, I establish the value of my goal. I then consciously bring this value to all my thoughts and actions, measuring my behavior against the criteria set by my values. The means for accomplishment reveal themselves as I clarify my intentions.

Reflection / Contemplation

My Soul stepped boldly forward and spoke for this question…I value freedom-which viscerally felt amazing yet my mind was like what??

It required me to go inside to get current with my Soul.

Love is my highest value, or that is what I discovered in the first round, and that was easy to understand and feel in alignment with. Over this forty days I have been gifted with much trust and integration. I’m seeing layers below the surface and have been granted access to previously off-limit regions in my own realm. They were off limits because I didn’t have the capacity to honor them.

Bringing freedom, consciously, to all my thoughts and actions is the next evolutionary step in my life walk. Freedom to Love All life requires the dismantling of history. It is a remodeling project of great scope. The history I’m referring to goes as deep as what I have predestined for myself throughout my lifespan, what I have been taught my family and the collective about aging, health, even love.

Freedom means having a capacity to imagine beyond the borders of what Love is, for Self and other.

I was hardwired to a golden rule that said treat others better than yourself. Wow! The clarity of that simple sentence just hit me like a punch in the gut.

Freedom means that I am willing to know and be in alignment with Truth. It means that Love will be revealed in All that I see and interact with because I am opening to freeing myself from the lifetime behavior patterns, actions and thoughts which have had me thinking I’m doing different things yet not living a different experience.

It is so perfectly terrifying to step over the threshold of the known, cutting free, and committing to a life walk of true Freedom in Love. Terrifying because I’ve been taught that the unknown is scary, uncontrollable, and dangerous.

In this moment I declare, “I am free.” The energy moving through me, coursing through me is electrifying! The sun just blasted through my window in exuberant celebration of my declaration! From this moment on I embrace freedom as my highest value. This will be demonstrated by my thoughts and actions as I move through my world, anew.

“Behold! I make all things new!” Was heard ringing out in my Kingdom. I am free! I am free! I am free!

I use my free will joyfully to create the good, the beautiful, the Holy, and the Perfect. This is appropriate use of my mind and will, and directly in-line with Perfect Love. As I experience my Holy creations in my life, I strengthen my conviction to Truth, and to my ability to co-create with my Divine Self.

Reflection / Contemplation

My Divine Self is an energy that announces Itself through sensations in my cell tissue. It is like being in a room where you think you have enough light to read until a caring person comes in and turns up the light and you are amazed by the difference! The Light turned up within me when in conscious co-creation reveals to me the magnificent possibilities my self is not aware of. I am Alive in alignment with Perfect Love. When I consciously connect with Perfect Love, I am in Holy Union with Light. Experiencing this strengthens my conviction to my Self and my place on the planet. Appropriate use of my mind and will enable me to create daily in unison with Perfect Love, the Source of my Divinity.

When my mind and will are free, they recognize only truth. My mind and will are free in the Knowledge of union with Perfect Love. When I am in the state of One Mind and Will of Perfect Love, I create freedom and truth for myself and All.

Reflection / Contemplation

My journey this lifetime has included co-dependency. The best way I have found to heal and grow is to take responsibility for my own pain and self-care. Being willing to feel all of my emotions was imperative as was accepting where I am powerless and owning my own power. It has been an undertaking of great magnitude. Two years ago I woke up to a withered aspect within me that was in so much agony, my only choices seemed to be to heal or die. I began the excavation to free my mind and will. My mind and will are free in Perfect Love. The sovereignty is visceral. Being on a spiritual path supported my growth yet it also at times was my way to placate, distract, or avoid my emotions. My human was valued less than my spirit. Honoring all aspects of the Whole and Holy Being I Am has opened me to the One Mind and Will of Perfect Love. Within me now, I am Peace. The loving kindness with which I perceive myself and All others supports creation in freedom and truth.

In Love, with Love and as Love, I say, I AM.

Perfect Love, the Source and Truth of my Self, imbues me with the will to create with Love. I am able to create through my own free will, extending Perfect Love. Loving creation was given freely to me; I give freely my own loving creation. I Joyfully create through Perfect Love, with Perfect Love, as Perfect Love.

Reflection / Contemplation

The will to create in Union with Perfect Love is my natural state now. In me, through me, as me. Perfect Love is the extension of my own free will. This gift was given to me freely as my Divine inheritance. I give freely of myself and my own loving creation as it is given unto me. Creation is joyful and a joyous living in and through Perfect Love. My willingness to yield and be swallowed into Perfect Love is rewarded by Perfect creation, in Union with Source. May I and all others find the joy in and as this Perfect Love, alive in creation.

Embodied Abundance –Journey of Creation 02.11.34

Guiding Thought

In Perfect Love there is no lack, only complete abundance. Perfect Love is Perfect Fulfillment. When I am aware of my Oneness with Perfect Love, I have everything; I am everything. With a mind fully aware of its own Fullness in Perfect Love, I have perfect faith in my creations as they are of the same mind as Perfect Love.

Reflection / Contemplation

During meditation today I touched into the magic of being present with Perfect Love. I was the embodiment of abundance. My hands lifted from my lap and raised over my head in a wide ‘V’. Through that ‘V’ came golden Light in such an incredible abundance! Flowing in from a vortex connected to Source with rapid speed. My breath shifted as if it had to find a new gear to accommodate this potent energy. I am abundant in Perfect Love, alive and in unison with All there is. This is an internal and an eternal space. When I am aware of my Oneness, I discover this space everywhere, in everything and I connect with It in everyone. Creation for me in this space of connection becomes the playful act of Perfect Fulfillment. This space is Now, this is the Beingness of Perfect Love and my mind is fully at One.

I choose only to create with Perfect Love. Since Perfect Love is all I AM, and all there is, I accept Perfect Love as the only Source for all my creations. I project Perfect Love outward, shining with inner radiance.

Reflection / Contemplation

Riddles are puzzles that require you to organize your thoughts more loosely than usual. Today I am working on the riddle of creating in Perfect Love. One could ingest it as a statement of, “From now on, I choose only to create with Perfect Love.” I am choosing to see all of my life as created with Perfect Love. Organizing my thoughts around Love as everything, then even the aspects of my life I don’t find right or pleasing are seen with compassionate eyes as aspects perfectly here to help my soul’s experience. Loving what is and Loving without conditions. Acknowledging my life in creation with Source allows me to Love the life I claim as the I am. When I live into that state of acceptance I am at peace with my life and my living. I joyfully shine radiantly from within as I create in a resistance-free zone as the Love I AM.

When I am aware of my own consciousness as Perfect Love, I am aware of everything as Love, and of Love as everything. In this state of awareness, I create naturally and easily in unison with Perfect Love, with all of existence.

Reflection / Contemplation

The journey of awakening is so fascinating. Unlearning is necessary. We are raised in our respective families, cultures and customs. The society dictates social norms, creates illusions of how to fit in, which triggers old survival tapes. My awakening began when my consciousness opened up one day and I questioned what was being taught. I was terrified at first! For quite a while I hid my growing connection with my Light. There was deep fear that my revelations of Love, which didn’t appear to be universally held consciously, would get me kicked out of my life and what I knew to be my security. Awakening into the awareness of my own consciousness as Perfect Love has enabled me to be aware of everything as Love and of Love as everything. This is True security. Creating in unison with Perfect Love, with all existence. There is nothing else. My work is not to control others nor outcomes. Me, living as the Love I Am, is where my Whole Heart thrives. This journey of creation is My Life Now. Me, in this state of awareness, helps anchor in the Love for all of humanity. Living in this frequency contributes to All awakening to the Love in them.

Creating in Unison –Journey of Creation 02.11.31

Love is everything. Perfect Love is Original Source, from whence I came. I return to the awareness of the Love I AM by simply releasing anything and everything which inhibits my consciousness of my True Self. I release those inhibitors now, and Know myself as the Love I AM.

Reflection / Contemplation

Laying on the beach with my body halfway in the shore, I experience contrast. The water comes in gently with its frothy effervescence. I’m delighted, joyful and feel light. At some moment the direction changes and that same exuberant water rushes away, pulling like a magnet and taking with it what cannot stay. I feel heavy. This is the ocean tides natural movement. Today I imagined laying on the beach yet it’s an easy imagining because whenever I have access to a warm gentle ocean, you will find me here. Being an experiential learner, I employ the world around me for tangible examples of spiritual concepts. Love is everything. The ocean for me is the fluid form of that Love and Original Source, from whence I came. It just Is. It may meet blocks or inhibitors yet it will either continue to methodically remove them or instantly, they will be gone. I AM Perfect Love in partnership with the Love I am expressing as this lifetime. For me, it is a daily asking for support with those releases. What about those inhibitors that are not perceived by me as needing to go? When they go and I’m clinging fiercely to them, I’m grateful for the Grace that steps in to lovingly remind me simply that the tide has changed direction. This supports me to Know myself as the Love I AM and that my True Self is connected to Its Original Source. The expression of me as Amy has held on way too tight for way too long to some inhibitors. They have just lined up in front of me like new cadets going off to sea. Tears are flowing. I imagine them to be that great Love ocean sweeping through, flushing those inhibitors out. What doesn’t serve me will not stay. Trust in that and the Divine Intelligence of Life, enables me to yield, breathe and soften. Love is everything and I AM Love.
